Note: This is an application for and Indepepndent Contrator position where you will be issued a 1099 once hired. Not employment.

We are currently not accepting new profiles for this opportunity from residents in the following states: CA, CT, HI, MD, MA, OR, and WI.

In this role contracted agents will be assisting customers with Emergency Roadside Assistance calls for more than 75 million customers. CSPs will provide white glove service assistance in a seven-day a week call-receiving environment across all 50 states for some of the most select brands of automotive manufacturers which include: Ford, Bentley, Toyota and Lexus to name a few. This client is trusted by more than 100 leading corporations and is the Emergency Roadside Assistance provider for 90% of the new passenger vehicles sold in the U.S.

Agents should have a bias for action that are strongly self-motivated not only to take great care of the customer, but also to proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns.


General Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette (Clear, crisp speech.)

Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language.

Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

Good typing, PC skills and math skills.

High attention to detail.

Good listening skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proven ability to communicate in a creative, persuasive style.

Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic.

Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.

Listening / paraphrasing skills.


Ability to begin servicing the program immediately after class and for a period of 90 days thereafter and meet the minimum hours requirement.

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation and instant messenger tools

Fluency in Windows Operating Systems

Technical Requirements:

Windows XP or windows 2000 & Windows 7(32 & 64 Bit)

NOTE: MAC OS, Vista or Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 are not supported

It is recommended but not required that CSPs utilize a dual monitor configuration while servicing this application.

This client requires the use of the Arise Secured Desktop (ASD). The ASD is compatible with most computer systems on the market; however, there are some limitations. If your system includes one of the following options, you will not be able to use the ASD.

Any All-in-One type computer. These models are the models in which the computer and monitor are all one piece.

Any bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse.

Less than a 1.6GHZ CPU unit.

Less than 2 Gigabytes of RAM.
