Job Description

Cornerstone is looking to hire extremely reliable individuals who can adapt to change, absorb and apply new information, and who have the determination to learn detailed processes. Our CSP help desk /billing consultants  for mobile devices work with clients to help troubleshoot and assist them with mobile device technical issues. Answer questions about insurance and billing.

  • Assist with Billing and Account enquiries
  • Recommend new products and services
  • Troubleshoot devices
  • Resolve Account issues


  • 18+ Years of Age
  • Must be a legal US Resident (Non Eligible States – MA, OR, CT, NY WI, CA & MD)
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have Windows 7, 8/8.1 (XP) and High Speed Cable
  • Must pass all applied assessments
  • Have a dedicated phone line (Analog or VOIP)
  • Supply a W-9
  • Work a Min of minimum of 15 hours per week with 5 of those hours to be serviced Friday and/or Saturday
  • Associates degree in related field preferred


Computer Requirements

  • Arise Secure Desktop Device (mailed to mailing address in IBO/CSP profile)
  • Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit) and Window 8
  • Note: MAC OS, Windows Vista and XP, 2000 NOT currently supported
  • Noise cancelling headset
  • Additional requirements may be found in the Arise Portal
  • Provide Notarized Affidavit of Identification with photo ID
  • AVG/VoIP Phone Requirements
