Cornerstone is looking to hire extremely reliable individuals who can adapt to change, absorb and apply new information, and who have the determination to learn detailed processes. Customer Service position is for one of the Largest Cruise Lines in the world. . Answer questions about a variety of Cruise packages and options.

Qualifications:

 

  • •Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills. Prior travel agent or direct sales experience is highly recommended.
  • •Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech).
  • •Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language.
  • •Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
  • •Good typing, PC skills and math skills.
  • •High attention to detail.
  • •Excellent listening skills.
  • •Proven ability to communicate in a creative, persuasive style.
  • •Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic.
  • •Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.
  • •Listening / paraphrasing skills. •Courteous/Professional/Friendly.
  • •Ability to begin servicing the program immediately after the certifitification for a period of 90 days thereafter and meet the minimum hours requirement

Duties

 

  • Direct Sales Calls:
  • Inbound calls for assistance with booking a cruise from client’s customers.
  • Inbound calls for assistance with cruise specific questions, quotes and more!
  • Maintain top Sales performance by showcasing expert Sales techniques and overcoming customer objections.
  • Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, client’s customers for status and clarification purposes.
  • Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
  • Casino Calls:
  • Inbound calls for assistance with client specific promotions from client’s customers.
  • Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, client’s customers for status and clarification purposes.
  • Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.

Requirements

  • 18+ Years of Age
  • Must be a legal US Resident (Non Eligible States – MA, OR, CT, NY WI, CA & MD)
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have Windows 7 and High Speed Cable
  • Must pass all applied assessments
  • Have a dedicated phone line (Analog or VOIP)
  • Supply a W-9
  • Work a Min of minimum of 15 hours per week with 5 of those hours to be serviced Friday and/or Saturday
  • Associates degree in related field preferred
